Marut Yoga:

Marut Yoga is formed when:

• Jupiter is in a trine (fifth or ninth) from Venus,
• The Moon is in the fifth house from Jupiter,
• The Sun is in a quadrant from the Moon.

Results:

One born under Marut Yoga will be:

• Skilled in bargaining,
• Broad-chested, wealthy, of royal stature,
• Large-bellied, and well-versed in sacred writings.

Remarks:

• The arrangement of the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter in a trine to one another is key to this Yoga.
• The Sun must be in a quadrant from the Moon for the full effects.
• If the Moon is in a quadrant from the Sun, it tends to make the mind unstable and quick-moving like the Marut (wind).
• However, the fifth and ninth placements of Jupiter and Venus from the Moon prevent instability, making the overall outcomes more favorable.
